More than 25 people attended the Laughter Yoga on 1 April at Kampong Glam CC from 7pm to 8pm


More than 25 people turned up on April's fool day at Kampong Glam CC to attend the Laughter Yoga Workshop conducted by renowned trainer Ms Zaibun Sira. All the participants learnt many different kinds of laughters and all of them enjoyed themselves very much. Laughter put people in a positive frame of mind and gradually makes them positive thinkers. It provides a sense of well-being and can be compared to any aerobic exercises. In addition, laughter is one of the best anti-stress exercises and can help to tone up the muscles of the face and improves facial expressions.
